Golf in Hong Kong is famously hard to get onto, but there are more options for visitors than most people think. The Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course, on an island off Sai Kung, is the city's only public course and has three 18-hole layouts. The Hong Kong Golf Club at Fanling and Deep Water Bay and the Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club take visitors on certain weekdays, usually with a booking through the club or a hotel.

For practice, the Tuen Mun Golf Centre is a large public driving range, and indoor golf studios such as BAY247 and Shots Factory in Wan Chai let you play a simulated round in the middle of the city. Check each listing for opening hours, the visitor rules and how to book.
