The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club is on the tip of the Clear Water Bay peninsula in Sai Kung. The course runs over rugged headland with sea views on all sides, and the club also has a marina and country club facilities.
Visitors can play on weekday mornings, except Wednesdays and Hong Kong public holidays, with tee-offs between 9.30am and 11.30am. Bookings are made with the club's form and confirmed by email three days ahead. Green fees include a golf cart and driving range use. HKID holders pay HK$2,105 (September–May) or HK$1,755 (June–August). Non-HKID passport holders pay HK$2,400 or HK$2,200. All players need a current handicap certificate (index below 36.4 for men and 40.4 for ladies).
Club sets can be rented for HK$550 and shoes for HK$80, booked in advance. Overseas visitors who want to drive a cart must show an international or home driving permit.
Weekend tee times go fast. Book ahead and check the visitor rules.
