Tuen Mun Golf Centre opened in 1995 as Hong Kong's first public golf driving range and is run by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD). The two-storey range has 91 bays on the ground and first floors facing a range of more than 200 yards.
Bays are hired as hourly packages with unlimited balls: HK$48 an hour at the normal rate and HK$24 at the concessionary rate. Clubs can be hired for HK$12 each. Bookings for peak hours are capped at two hours per person per day. The range opens 8am–10pm on most days, and from 1pm on Mondays and Thursdays, which are maintenance days.
There is a pro shop, a restaurant, a teaching room, changing rooms and a paid car park. The LCSD runs monthly golf courses here at different levels. The practice green has been closed since April 2023 for redevelopment works.
Weekend tee times go fast. Book ahead and check the visitor rules.
