Batam & Bintan

Batam and Bintan are Singapore's favourite golf getaways, an hour or less by ferry from Tanah Merah or HarbourFront. In Bintan's Lagoi resort area, Ria Bintan's Gary Player-designed Ocean Course has famous seaside holes, and Laguna Golf Bintan is a Greg Norman design set among the resort hotels.

On Batam, the courses at Nongsa are the closest to the ferry terminal: Palm Springs has 27 holes and quotes rates in Singapore dollars, while Tering Bay is a Greg Norman layout with views back to the Singapore skyline. Many visitors book a ferry-and-golf package for a day trip or weekend.
