Under Par Golf Studio

Under Par Golf Studio is a single-bay private golf simulator studio at Highland Centre in Yio Chu Kang, so each booking gets the whole space. The simulator hosts up to eight players, has more than 150 virtual courses, shot tracking and analysis, and practice modes including driving range and putting. A lounge area has a free-to-use karaoke system.

TheSmartLocal reported in April 2025 that a session costs S$50 per hour off-peak (weekdays 8am–4pm) and S$60 per hour at peak times, with an ongoing 20% early-bird discount at the time. The studio is open 24 hours a day; book through its online reservation site, with bookings confirmed between 9am and 10pm.

Clubs and balls are provided if you do not bring your own, indoor shoes are required, and coaching can be requested. It suits groups of friends and families in the north-east wanting a private, late-night session.
