The National Service Resort & Country Club opened its Changi course in 1993. The 18-hole championship layout was originally designed by Max Wexler, with later additions by Ted Parslow of Parslow & Winter Golf Design, and measures 6,183m from the blue tees. The clubhouse sits on the Changi coast next to the club's five-storey Sky Range.

NSRCC publishes visitor rates, effective 1 November 2025: an 18-hole weekday round is S$211.46 for citizens and S$235.44 for non-citizens, rising to S$276.86 and S$333.54 on weekends and public holidays (all including GST). Nine-hole, SAFRA and NS Man rates are also listed. Call golf reception on 6540 8500 to check availability, as members book online first.

The club runs a junior development programme, and coaching providers operate at the Sky Range. It suits visitors staying in the east who want a reasonably priced club round.

Weekend tee times go fast. Book ahead and check the visitor rules.
