The Orchard Golf & Country Club in Dasmariñas, Cavite, about 34km south of Manila, has two 18-hole championship courses: the Arnold Palmer Course and the Gary Player Course. It is a members' club with a full country-club setup, including a practice range, pro shop, pool, spa, gym and several restaurants.
The club publishes a visitor/tourist green fee of ₱8,000 on weekdays for tee-offs after 11am and ₱11,000 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays after noon. Member-endorsed local guests pay less (from ₱5,000 on weekdays), and environmental, insurance and hole-in-one fees are added to every round.
It suits visiting golfers who want a classic Manila-area club course within a day trip of the city. Call the club to confirm tee-time availability before travelling.
