Glenmarie Golf & Country Club sits in Section U1, Shah Alam, beside the Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort, about 30 minutes from central Kuala Lumpur. It has 36 holes across the Garden Course and the Valley Course, originally designed by Max Wexler. The Valley Course is an 18-hole, par-72 layout redesigned by Ted Parslow, with pines and water hazards, and the par-5 14th is its signature hole.
Visitors can play. The 2026 tariff lists 18 holes at RM338 on weekdays and RM538 at weekends for visitors, including green fee, a shared buggy, insurance and tax; caddies are compulsory, subject to availability, and charged separately. There are also cheaper online promotions and nine-hole rates after 5pm. Tee times are booked online or through the golf counter on +603 7804 0414.
The club also has a driving range, a pro shop, a pool, tennis and squash courts and several restaurants, which suits golfers staying at the neighbouring hotel.
Weekend tee times go fast. Book ahead and check the visitor rules.
